Bridging Inner-led change & Regenerative Futures
Welcome to Inner Ripple
You might be feeling the pull towards contributing to a hopeful future, navigating the complexities of systemic change.
My aspiration for Inner Ripple is to offer collective spaces for shared reflection on the deep physical, emotional toll of living through, hoping for and working on change. Inner Ripple also aims at expanding the way we design transformational pathways to move beyond the paradigms that created our current crises.
I am a system change practitioner, coach and facilitator working at the intersection of Inner-led change and Regenerative Futures. A mindfulness-based transformation teacher, I am dedicated to bridging deep personal growth with systemic approaches to champion the integration of inner & outer transformation.

Working with Marion, has been a joy. She is an individual who is very empathetic and concerned for her fellow colleagues always checking in to see how we are doing. She is driven by impact and desires that everything that she does is linked to or leading towards a clear impact and not just outcomes. She shines when she finds this pathway and is determined in ensuring she and the team gets there.
She is focused on future proofing initiatives and systems by leveraging methodologies and solutions that are focused on visioning, anticipating and preparing for the future. She is a lot of fun to work with and will always give feedback for growth and development of her colleagues.

Her nuanced understanding of and professional experience in multi-stakeholder collaboration and it's potential for impactful systems change towards the future of health is matched only by her passion and dedication to seeing better health outcomes for communities globally. Her thought leadership contribution to the global eco-system of health including Ashoka's Health work has been invaluable in supporting and moving both dialogue and action forward. She is collegial and insightful and will continue to be a key contributor in collaborative action spaces.
